Alco International Ltd. recognizes the importance of personal information. We manage to handle the personal information with utmost care for protection. We declare herewith that we keep Japanese Law regarding Personal Information, and obey the Privacy Policy as below, to gain our customers’ reliance.
Use of Personal Information
- Alco International will express the purpose and the content of personal information usage when customer provides us his personal information.
- Alco International promises to ask for customer’s consent when we use his personal information except the occasion of item 3.
- We will not disclose personal information other than to governmental agencies and only when the law requires disclosure.
Management & Protection of Personal Information
- Alco International appoints a manager to deal the customers’ personal information for taking appropriate charge of them, and preventing out-flows.
- When Alco International entrusts the handling of personal information to the outside company to offer the best service to our clients, Alco international will appoint our group company or companies who are handling the personal information properly, and have them to keep the personal information under appropriate management, not to disclose outside, with a written contract of entrust.
- We update our policy time to time for further protection according to the change of the law and social circumstances.
Respect for Customers’Will regarding to their personal information
- Alco International will never offer nor supply the personal information to any third party other than entrusted companies without customer’s consent.
Only when disclose of personal information is required legally by court, police and other governmental agencies, it will be provided without customer’s consent.
- Alco International will respond immediately to the customer’s request of alteration and deletion of his own personal information.
Security
- According to the above-mentioned Privacy Policy, Alco International enacts inter-office regulation to handle and protect the personal information, and ensures all staff to aware of the regulation of personal information.
- Alco International builds up an inter-office inspection system to ensure protection of personal information.
- We review and improve appropriately the dealing method of customers’ personal information in accordance with legislative amendment and the change of social circumstances.
